Pink, pink, and more pink. :) Speaking of which, I thought you hated blue flowers.
Every year I say I'm gonna throw out some flax seeds and every year I fail. I want blue and red. They are so dang pretty. Another seed that I used to buy ALL the time when I was a youngin' in the gardening department, was...well crap, there it goes again. Why does that happen every time I go to leave a comment here?! I'll think of it at dinner again.
My sister has had a dogwood tree in both of her homes. I love them. I have one in a pot, but it hasn't ever bloomed. Not that I blame it.
Speaking of my sister, their new(er) house has a giant clump of blood grass and I'm stealin' a piece this year. I think I'll try it in the parking strip. I have scarlet flax seedlings under grow lights right now. They were super easy to grow. I love that hydrangea. Ha ha! LOVE the red flax, can't seem to get it started in my garden. Blue, yes, red, no. We have a dogwood, but it's white. It was free so I won't complain, too much. Have the double file viburnum. Love it. Have of course echinaceas and I planted Japanese Anemones in my daughter's garden which seem to be doing much better than mine. I have a feeling anemones and chickens DO NOT mix well.
Gorgeous pics, Grace.
